About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise CRM solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring smooth implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications.

The ideal candidate will possess solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development, customization, integration, and support, coupled with a passion for leveraging AI-powered development tools and automation to improve delivery efficiency and solution quality.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and provide technology solutions that support business objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solutions to meet business needs.
  • Customize CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain CRM plug-ins, workflow assemblies, integrations, and custom applications.
  • Design and execute system testing, prepare test plans and test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Work closely with end users to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and transition of new solutions into production.
  • Manage and resolve production issues, ensuring service levels and system performance are maintained.
  • Develop and support integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and batch interfaces.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other coding assistants to improve productivity and solution quality.
  • Implement automation across development, testing, build, and deployment processes.
  • Use AI and automation tools to support code reviews, refactoring, defect resolution, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
  • Participate in Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies as required.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
  • Proven experience delivering at least three end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projects.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platforms.
  • Hands-on experience customizing CRM forms, entities, views, charts, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
  • Proficiency in developing CRM plug-ins, custom workflow activities, and integrations using the Microsoft CRM SDK.
  • Excellent programming skills in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL Server, and Web Services.
  • Experience with Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.
  • Experience with SSIS and SSRS development and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint integration and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience developing and consuming .NET Web Services and REST APIs.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM security concepts, including security roles, business units, and access controls.
  • Experience working with MS SQL databases, job schedulers, batch processing, and integration protocols.
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Experience with AI-assisted software development, automation tools, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines will be good to have.
